We are looking forward to another exciting event this year, and we are proud that we can provide our participants with quality vendors such as yourself.
We are excited to be continuing the NYDF for 2012 as a two-day competitive event, plus the Second Annual “American Style Congress” on the Friday preceding the Competition.
The 2012 NYDF will once again be held at New York’s historic Roosevelt Hotel. The hotel is located in mid-town Manhattan at 45th Street and Madison Avenue. The competition venue will be the hotel’s Grand Ballroom. This beautiful and elegant room features a spacious vending area at the entrance.
We have secured a reduced rate for accommodations at the Roosevelt. Please go to the Hotel Information page for details. The number of rooms reserved for NYDF is limited, so we suggest booking ASAP in order to guarantee a room at the reduced rate.
Also a reminder: we need to have all vendor ads e-mailed in PDF format or in “print-ready” format by the 10th of February for processing in the souvenir program.
If you are participating in our Vendor Sponsorship Program, we will need to have all information on the sponsored event of your choosing (where applicable), as well as your second ad if different from the first. The deadline for submission of this information is the same as above.
Kindly return a signed copy of the Vendor Agreement, along with any payments and ads if necessary. The Vendor Agreement can be downloaded by clicking the link below.
